Daily exercise is the foundation of good health and well-being, yet half of American children get very little exercise or no exercise at all. It’s time to change this alarming trend and get kids excited about being active and fit.

We provide a solid foundation of instruction and information so that kids (and parents) know what to do every day to maintain good health, or to get in shape if they’ve neglected their health. Colorful illustrations encourage kids to get some form of exercise every day by focusing on those activities they enjoy most.
Instructions like "stretch like a cat," "walk like a bear," "stand like a tree," and "jump like a kangaroo" make it simple and fun for children of any age to visualize each activity. There’s also a Workout Journal where kids can track their progress toward their fitness goals and be inspired by their own accomplishments.
